HOW TO PLACE WHOLESALE ORDER
Please contact us via email: studio@k1taradesign.com or whatsapp: +91 98374 54498 with your business details. If you are happy with our wholesale terms and conditions and ready to accept the below. You can order by sending us a list of products numbers with colours, size, quantities, etc via email to studio@k1taradesign.com upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping.
HOW TO PLACE SPECIAL ORDER/REQUEST
If you want your own design to be made on order. We also take these kind of special orders. You can order by sending photos and other related details of product you want on our email: studio@k1taradesign.com or on our whatsapp number: +91 98374 54498. After receiving your request will send you a digital invoice for the charges with shipping for design.
WHOLESALE ORDERS & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
A minimum order of $5000 USD (after discount) is required on all orders. All orders must be paid 25% in advance, 50% before items are shipped out or dispatched and 25% within 10 working days after your products receive. Please do not use PO Box Address and remote location requires additional shipping charges.
WHOLESALE DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Though your shipment will likely to go out sooner, please allow up to within 60-days for your order to be despatched. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges which will be billed to your final invoice.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above. You have to contact us within 5 working days after your shipment receive and shipping charges of returned item is paid by customer.
